Centennial School District was proud to welcome its newest support staff members during their official orientation. Support staff—including instructional assistants, administrative professionals, facilities personnel, and food service teams—play an essential role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and ensuring our schools remain safe, welcoming environments for students.
During the orientation, new team members engaged in several key activities to prepare for the upcoming school year:
District & Community Tour: Staff took a guided bus tour across the district to familiarize themselves with CSD campuses, facility layouts, and the broader community.
Building Alignment: Participants met directly with building principals and administrative leaders to establish connections and discuss school-specific expectations.
Operational Readiness: Attendees learned about CSD's mission, core values, and key district systems to support their transition into their new roles.
