On behalf of Centennial School District, I am thrilled to share that we were informed that in the recently released 2025 U.S. News & World Report rankings, Log College Middle School is ranked among the top 35% of middle schools in Pennsylvania. This prestigious distinction places the school in the U.S. News Best Middle Schools category, a recognition that underscores the outstanding educational experience Log College Middle School provides its students.
The U.S. News Best Middle Schools rankings are based on several key factors, including academic performance, student-to-teacher ratios, and state math and English language arts assessments. Log College Middle School's placement among the top 35% of schools statewide reflects its commitment to fostering academic excellence, promoting student engagement, and providing a well-rounded education for all its learners.
The U.S. News rankings help parents, guardians, students, and educators assess how well schools prepare students for high school and beyond. They are based on data from the U.S. Department of Education, state-level assessment results, and other factors contributing to student success.
Log College Middle School's ranking reflects the district's and school's ongoing focus on continuous improvement, social-emotional growth, and preparation for future academic challenges. CSD and the school continue to offer a wide range of programs and initiatives to support student success, including specialized support services, extracurricular opportunities, and a dedicated team of administrators, faculty, and staff who work tirelessly to ensure every student's potential is reached. Good Afternoon CSD! In observance of Rosh Hashanah, all schools and offices in Centennial School District will be closed tomorrow, 10/3/24.
Dear Parents/Guardians,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address the recent delays in the registration process that many of you have experienced. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these delays may have caused.
Several factors have contributed to this situation, including significant turnover in our staff, an unusually high number of late registrations, and instances of missing paperwork. We understand the frustration these delays can cause, especially during this critical time of year, and we want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
Our team is working diligently to ensure that all outstanding matters are addressed, and we are committed to improving our processes moving forward. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these challenges.
