There will be prizes awarded to the winning team and the runner up team, as well as for best costume. ALL proceeds of the tournament will be donated to the Landon Vargas Memorial Scholarship. If you don't wish to play, but wish to donate to the cause, please see Mr. Goldsman or Mr. Fries. You can also see them with any additional questions. Applications are due by Thursday, May 9th.

We welcome juniors and seniors to participate and show your support. Lunch will be provided for all participants. You don't need to be the best player to join the tournament; all you need is a positive attitude and a pair of sneakers. Proceeds will contribute to the development of the Peace Walk Memorial Initiative.

Here’s your fun fact for today: Did you know “Mr. 305” Pitbull has residency in Las Vegas? Did you also know that Tennent’s own, Ricky Ridpath played with Pitbull this past weekend? Well, he’s doing it again tomorrow night! Come check out Ricky and the rest of our phenomenal orchestra tomorrow night at the Instrumental Spring Concert here at Tennent starting at 7:00. The Brad Fox shirts are in! Please come by Mr. Bassler's room A115 today in order to pick up your shirt. You should wear the shirt tomorrow to school in order to come to the match on Friday afternoon. All students will be dismissed to the match at 1pm after checking in with their 4th period teacher.

The Landon Vargas Memorial Dodgeball Tournament will be held on Thursday, May 16th at 6:00 p.m. in the gym. Teams of 6 can sign up by completing the application that is available from Mr. Goldsman in room C113, from Mr. Fries in room A102, or on your grade level class page. There will be prizes awarded to the winning team and the runner up team, as well as for best costume. ALL proceeds of the tournament will be donated to the Landon Vargas Memorial Scholarship. If you don't wish to play, but wish to donate to the cause, please see Mr. Goldsman or Mr. Fries. You can also see them with any additional questions. Applications are due by Thursday, May 9th.

Last week, the William Tennent Jazz Ensemble traveled to Pennsbury High School for their annual jazz festival. The ensemble received the highest rating of superior, along with receiving the best trombone section for the entire night. Along with this, Declan Cashman won best soloist and Chris Goebel won best overall soloist of the entire evening. You don't want to miss their last performance of the year at the Fine Arts festival this Friday starting at 7:00.

T-shirts for the Brad Fox Charity Volleyball Match taking place on Friday, April 26th during 4th block are on sale now. The deadline for getting a shirt is this Friday, April 5th. Shirts can be purchased from any girls’ volleyball player, or from Mr. Bassler in room A115. The shirts are $10 and are your pass to attend the game on the 26th. All proceeds go to fund a scholarship for a WT Senior in Brad's honor.
